Tom Goldsworthy | Creative Director

Tom GoldsworthyAfter earning a BFA in Illustration from the prestigious and internationally recognized Ringling School of Art and Design (Sarasota, FL), Tom’s career has expanded successfully as a talented commercial artist, muralist, sculptor, graphic designer, and CNC production operator. He is also an award-winning and highly published artist in his own right. For more than 20 years in executive leadership as A&ES Creative Director, Tom’s experience in conceptual design, art direction, and scenic production mirrors his acumen and unparalleled ability to deliver a client’s vision into stunning reality. Matt Lenz | Project Engineer

Matt has more than 30 years of professional experience in designing and engineering. His practice is diversified and includes temperature controls, production tooling design, railroad freight cars, laboratory-grade magnetic tape and ca4tridge machines, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, water park equipment, as well as theme park and entertainment equipment for rides and live shows. Edward A. Villanueva | Project Manager

Eddie VillaneuvaWith a B.S. in architectural studies from Florida A&M, Ed continually hones his skills in architecture, engineering, planning and development, and construction management for commercial and residential projects. His solution-based strategies focus on challenging and complex issues at all levels (executive, management, grassroots). Relational team building helps streamline operations, meet deadlines, and avoid unnecessary expenses. As critical decisions are made in this fast-paced, demanding environment, Edward fosters valuable, relevant and applicable ideas pairing excellent communication skills and documenting project operations. John Norman | Project Manager

John NormanJohn’s experience involves bidding and negotiating millwork and casework as well as project management (purchasing, designing, building furniture, kitchens and related millwork). Theme park production skills include field measuring, recruitment and management of contract installers, work for a $2m millwork company, Universal’s Main Theme Park, Islands of Adventure, JK2 Scenic, Orlando’s Exchange Street Grill, and related projects. David A. Collier | Senior Project Manager

David CollierA media communicator disciplined in The American School of Broadcasting, David’s expertise includes Auto CAD and Soft Plan Design programs with certification in Arial Platform, Snorkel Life, and Forklift. His experience includes advanced coursework in sales, OSHA, LEED, ADA and Construction Practices as well as MS Project, Builder Trend, Projectmates, and Procore Project Management Software. He takes initial design through completion, including utilization of expert safety and best practices. Stephanie Bullock | Design Manager, Graphics Specialist

A dynamic and creative artist with a bachelor’s degree in the ever-growing field of graphic design, Stephanie is well versed and detail-oriented in a myriad of challenging projects. With over 10 years’ experience in providing effective solutions for all sizes of national and international businesses, her broad knowledge and refined skills in graphics software and digital media processes, she respectfully works effortlessly with high-profile clients on projects of which span the various platforms of the entertainment industry. Joshua Thomas | Production Designer

Joshua has nearly completed a BA in General Engineering, and he has been in the design, estimating and engineering industry for more than three years. With a keen focus on details, he offers excellent interpersonal relationships with company and client teams. Prideful of working in sync with the team’s project processes, he designs custom millwork to exact specifications and communicates the material list along with labor, install and produces the estimates for clients. Next, once a project is bid and won, he produces the shop drawings to the clients and begins the approval process including change orders. Brian Sibson | Production Designer

As a graduate of BSID Industrial Design (Cum Laude) and a M.S. in Biomimicy from Arizona State University and award-winning designer, Brian also holds a patent. His expert skills include a broad range of software skills (AutoCAD, 3-D Studio Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Rhino, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as analog (hand sketching, study models, use-centered research, intellectual property, and metal forging. He is also an industrial designer and the former BellSouth CAD librarian for the state of Florida and has participated in various architectural disciplines, including shop drawings for scenery, props and exhibits for theme parks, museums and aquariums as he fully utilizes his expertise in the themed entertainment industry. Contact Brian at »

Misagh Abdoliseisan | Project Designer

A proud US citizen and recipient of an Alfred I. duPont Scholarship, Misagh was awarded a Bachelor of Design in Architecture with honors from the University of Florida. He manages concept development for high-end resorts and themed exhibits in close collaboration with the UK-based Merlin Entertainment Group. His complex constructs and advanced 3-D modeling skill offer the high-precision A&ES is known for in design development, construction and field coordination. Sarah BrandenburgSarah has a strong 19 year track record of responsibility in administration, bookkeeping, marketing, management, sales and customer service. Her capabilities include but are not limited to: Accounting (AP, AR, Payroll), Employee Relations (HR), Vendor Relations, Client Relations, Proposal and Contract preparation.
