Boca Raton Country Club
Attraction & Entertainment Solutions (A&ES) was commissioned to design, fabricate and install an early-20th century NYC street scene at Boca West Country Club, one of the largest private equity-owned clubs in the U.S.
A&ES precision and expertise is apparent in every detail of the project, which is integrated into the de rigueur world-class amenities at Boca West, a Jay Dipietro-Akoya community and the #1 private residential country club community in the U.S. A&ES experts replicated a vigorous, explosion of the senses, starting with the audible Coca-Cola™ fizz and whoosh of Essex and Delancey street subway stations. Reminiscent of the 1900s Lower Eastside, 32 Spring Street residents lived above a pizza parlor and next to the 1937 Corner Delicatessen, where world-famous pastrami and specialty sandwiches are made daily. Upstairs, Max’s Tailors ushers clients downstairs to enjoy Kosher pickles dipped from wooden-iron-banded pickle jars, “world famous” Nathan’s hot dogs, and jumbo crinkle-cut fries. Imagine booking a dance or music lesson from the old-time public coin-and-dial telephone and red-boxed fire pull. Enticed by the smell of toasty pressed sandwich or the sweet taste of an ice cream scoop at Schnipper’s Market, the player piano leads you to Josie’s Pizzeria and the all-American, 24-hour Brooklyn Diner. An experience along this days-gone-by NYC street is a brilliant opportunity for A&ES to showcase its solution to a great idea!
