When it comes to aesthetic excellence, A&ES has the beef, or in this LEGO® CITY Burger Kitchen, the burger!

LEGOLAND® FL’s Burger Kitchen in Winter Haven is a remarkable yet functional restaurant serving meals and refreshments to park visitors. In keeping with the themed environment, the LEGO® CITY Burger Kitchen gives extraordinary mindfulness to keep children engaged in LEGO themed discovery and learning while eating and relaxing. “A&ES takes considerable pride working with Merlin Entertainments on any venture,” according to John R. Oldham, Jr., A&ES President & CEO. “But bringing burgers and refreshments to LEGOLAND Florida is a distinct pleasure.”

A&ES Build Highlights

LEGO® CITY Burger Kitchen includes the design, fabrication, engineering, and installation of extensive signage for the new Burger Kitchen’s exterior. Multiple signs, lettering, and logos using mixed media, including PVC, powder-coated aluminum, ACM, and vinyl, create its aesthetic appeal. The A&ES creative team displays some of their unique talents and skills in the fabrication and engineering of special effects for the restaurant’s interior. Several of the highlights for this specific project include the iconic queue line LEGO Barricade with cast orange lights and impressive lighting and even an available scrolling ticker with speakers to announce free meal giveaways. The work scope for the functional LEGO CITY Burger Kitchen also includes the production of various construction worker characters and props. A&ES perfect the construction worker cutouts and vinyl, jackhammers, ladder, construction cones, shovels, and other furnishings, all according to LEGO branding requirements and guidelines. A&ES works its magic, producing the exciting Girder Entrances adorned in construction figures, ladder, construction cones, and signage. The extensive signs, posters, lettering, and LEGO action figures meet LEGO® branding requirements and guidelines.
