Creative & Design
Combining the art and the science of show with the practical design to create unforgettable guest experiences. Blue Sky through construction with intellectual property integration, story development and media production capabilities. We lead the creative development project team in qualifying and selecting the appropriate design teams, coordination and communication, and developing the design schedule and project design costs. We orchestrate the design deliverables with proactively innovative creative and technical design solutions.
Project Development
Specialty Construction Management
We lead the project preconstruction development with lifecycle schedule-to-budgets, project flow forecasts, frameworks, and strategies of the design, estimate, or engineering approach. We help determine your needs so that we can jump in where you need us, whether it’s to provide oversight on design or budget, proven value engineering strategies, or specialty estimates.
Bringing the vision to reality. We execute and manage the specialty disciplines from proof of concept and R&D, through themed fabrication and install. We perform a thorough project analysis and create a responsibility and scope matrix to capture the best procurement and delivery strategy, managing and executing specialty fabrication and construction through to the delivery to project site.
